About this Position
- Responsible for administration tasks to support the operation of company especially for canteen, cleaner and security, at the same time spread of company culture.
What you´ll do
- Daily manage of security, including the performance of guards and control the access of the persons and vehicles.
- Daily manage of canteen service, include food sanitation and safety, service staff healthy qualification, canteen environment, supplier service quality, etc. Cooperate and handle the complaints from associates to improve the satisfaction of associates continuously.
- Provide administration training and supporting guidance to new associates.
- Company culture development and organize company activities.
- Clearly understood the regulations and laws of related functions.
- Adhere to SHE, 5S, and Quality relevant requirements and regulations.
- Handle the other tasks assigned by supervisor.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree or above majored in management or related.
- Two years above working experiences in multinational corporation.
- Strong organizational, analytical and customer service mindset.
- Good Microsoft office software skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional communication skill and cross-functional working spirit.
- Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
