What you´ll do
- As a Payroll Specialist in our GBS+, you will be primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay – deductions, bonuses, garnishments and others for France. You will bring your expertise and:
- Administrate support to both local HR and employees
- Maintain payroll data to SAP
- Execute mass uploads of data to SAP
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer’s requirements and their changing needs
- Ensuring the completeness of the documents and manuals
- Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment
What makes you a good fit
- Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration
- Previous experience in HR is a must (minimum 1 year)
- Previous payroll experience is a must (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Full working proficiency in French and English language
- Excel on upper-intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
- Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
- Good ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
