What you´ll do

  • As a Payroll Specialist in our GBS+, you will be primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay – deductions, bonuses, garnishments and others for France. You will bring your expertise and: 
  • Administrate support to both local HR and employees
  • Maintain payroll data to SAP
  • Execute mass uploads of data to SAP
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer’s requirements and their changing needs
  • Ensuring the completeness of the documents and manuals
  • Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment

What makes you a good fit

  • Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Previous experience in HR is a must (minimum 1 year)
  • Previous payroll experience is a must (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Full working proficiency in French and English language
  • Excel on upper-intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
  • Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
  • Good ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
