About this Position
In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders to define, design, and implement advanced Purchase-to-Pay process solutions, leveraging strong data management and IT expertise, with a focus on integrating with our future SAP-centric tool landscape.
What you´ll do
- Build, maintain, and optimize global Purchase-to-Pay processes with a strong focus on purchasing master data, e-invoicing solutions, and system resilience, ensuring accurate and efficient application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements for our global Purchase-to-Pay processes, supporting the implementation of our future tool landscape, with a strong SAP backbone (ERP ECC, S4/HANA).
- Establish and maintain standards and best practices for Purchase-to-Pay process architecture and usage across the organization, including data management and IT project implementation.
- Drive innovation and simplification of global Purchase-to-Pay processes, embedding solutions in our technology platform, including SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Lead global Purchase-to-Pay IT projects, steering project deliverables with technical development teams and ensuring close collaboration with business stakeholders.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree (M.Sc.) in information systems, computer science, economics or equivalent.
- Languages: English (fluent).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a process consultant in Purchase-to-Pay Management with a strong IT focus, including SAP S4/HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform expertise.
- Expertise in IT Project Management.
- Strong ability to transform complex process and data requirements from multiple sources into clear, actionable solutions.
- Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders at all levels to support process improvement and IT project implementation.
- Strong communicator and team player, willing to work in a truly international environment.
