What you´ll do

  • Provide sales support to the SexyHair and STMNT brands in National Chain accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities for brands within designated market
  • Achieve quarterly KPI/target activities established by company to support positive sellout growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners
  • Conduct field activities, education, customized promotions and events for growth support
  • Execute successful education events including Interactive Demos, In-Salon Classes, and Sales Meetings
  • Manage time, resources, travel, and expense budget for overall territory
  • Identify and target key salons, chains and beauty schools in geographical area and development of activities to gain business.
  • Work with Key Account Manager (KAM) Director in executing Distributor Shows and Educational Events
  • Work with multiple distributor customers. Store staff and Field Teams: District Store Managers, Store Associates and Street Teams including Field Sales and Management teams.
  • Plan, coordinate and/or conduct regular trainings (virtual or live) for key account staff members.
  • Host Key Account team visits within designated territory to enhance their knowledge and create awareness of new trends and promotions.
  • Plan and conduct regular sales and education meetings with distributor partners, sales consultants, and management.
  • Take the lead on securing space in key meetings, negotiating pricing and building customized presentations.
  • Strong partnership with the Integrated Marketing, Creative and Brand teams to ensure the creation and execution of sales assets.
  • Work with KAM team on promotional calendar and new product launches
  • Meet monthly with Account Executives to review current state of the business, new product launches, and upcoming educational events.

What makes you a good fit

  • An experienced Sales manager with 5 or more years in the beauty industry.
  • Experience with National Chain Accounts preferred
  • A university or college degree preferred but not required when applicant has strong industry experience.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit while operating within corporate guidelines.
  • Solution-oriented individual to work with multiple customers
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to create strategic business plans.
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Remote home base
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Social media savvy, understanding Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 60% travel; subject to change based on seasonal activities such as shows and corporate events.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
