About this position

What you´ll do

  • Organizes and implements all activities related to HPS (workshops, reports, roadmap...).
  • Promotes continuous process improvement and active participation of all employees.
  • Monitors the efficiency of production parts of the factory, analyzes OEE losses and suggests measures for improvement.
  • Creates and controls the implementation of standards related to increasing safety, improving the working environment, quality and efficiency on the lines.
  • Trains personnel for standards application, organizing and implementing autonomous maintenance activities in factories/internal logistics.
  • Participates in the creation of plans for autonomous plant maintenance, proposes measures and monitors the implementation of the plan.
  • Organizes and conducts employee training within the HPS tools.
  • Collaborates with technical team engineers to develop standards and improve efficiency Initiates, encourages and motivates innovative work and actively participates in it.
