About this position

What you´ll do

  • Cooperates with SC team and plant team leads to improve overall availability (service level), forecast quality, and inventories.
  • Increase production/plan attainment, enhance run strategy, and balance total Supply Chain costs.
  • Oversees and manages the short-term production and scheduling plans for Finished Goods
  • Steers Supply Review to successfully balance regional demand and supply, and support profitability and business growth.
  • Monitors and ensures optimal phase-in and phase-out process, to minimize obsolescence costs (incl. BoM).
  • Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Supply Chain Planning performance
  • Work with local material planning and regional planning team to ensures regular knowledge and best practice sharing within the plant supply planning team
  • Responsible for cross-functional coordination to fulfill operation needs, people competence development and high operation standards.
  • Fosters a high performing team mindset and culture and drives continuous improvement.
  • Manage the plant logistic team to deliver high performance in SHE/Quality/Cost and Morale.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, major in supply chain, operation and etc.
  • Fluent Mandarin & English communication skill.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in leading operational teams.
  • Expertise in shaping Supply planning / Material Planning, and in driving change.
  • Experience in RCCP/ MPS/ MRP/ DRP.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill with internal & external parties.
  • Experienced in continuous improvement/ project management.
  • Experience with advanced Planning technologies: SAP, APO, Kinaxis, OMP, o9 or similar.
