About this Position
Join our team as a Senior Intercompany Accountant, where your primary responsibility will be to monitor and process fall-outs in mirror posting, ensuring the accurate and timely posting of invoices. As a vital member of our finance team, your work as a Senior Intercompany Accountant directly contributes to the company's financial stability and compliance. Working within a supportive team environment, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in various projects aimed at enhancing financial operations.
What you´ll do
- Monitor and process fall-outs in mirror posting and ensure that invoices are posted in a timely manner
- Work closely with other teams to ensure invoice postings are accounted for especially during month-end and quarterly close
- Ensure quality and timely postings of invoices with no overdue accounts on the system
- Coordinate with IT team in resolving issues related to SAP and other systems
- Regularly update the desktop procedures and process documentations
- Lead or be involved in operational improvement initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or other relevant courses; CPA License is highly preferred
- With at least three (3) years of work experience in Purchase-to-Pay, General Accounting, Financial Controlling, or Intercompany process
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); Preferably with experience in SAP, VBA, SAP Scripting, and other automation tools
- Experience with Continuous Improvement is highly preferred; Analytical skills and project management background is required
- Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication, and a team player
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
