The HR Generalist – Southeast Asia role is designed to support HR projects and initiatives within the region, with a focus on improving processes, driving data-driven insights, and collaborating with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and Business/Function HR Business Partners (HRBPs). This role will primarily focus on project-based work, including HR metrics analysis, talent management, and ensuring effective execution of HR processes. 

What you´ll do

  • Identify areas for improvement and adopt best practices, with focus on user experience HR key metrics analysis and reporting on regular basis; enable analytics culture within HR
  • Analyzes HR data to provide actionable insights Lead HR projects, initiatives and track key metrics.
  • Lead and assist with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution across the region.
  • Assists in the design and execution of HR projects Collaborates with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Business Unit/Function (BU/F) HRBPs in the implementation of CoE and strategic HR projects into the BU/Fs.
  • Assist the processes of salary review, promotion, international assignments, retention and other HR process supports for all business/functions employees
  • Contribute to initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development on regional/ local basis
  • Provides feedback to Regional CoE, Process owners and Global Business Solutions (GBS+)/Operations about HR solution effectiveness

What makes you a good fit

  • Min Bachelor’s degree
  • Min 5 years experience, with at least 2-3 years in HR business partnering roles.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Experience leading regional or multi-country HR projects.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Exposure to HR digitalization projects or HR process automation.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional alignment.
