What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 8 years of proven track record in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits within multinational organizations. · Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation structures.
- Experience in collaborating with regional COEs and implementing innovative rewards solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to work with data to inform decisions and improve processes. A background in statistics or similar is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and propose creative solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to take on projects outside of traditional rewards functions.
- Ambitious, with a strong desire to grow within the field and beyond, showing leadership potential.
- Working proficiency English and a high level of Japanese required
