About this Position

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Henkel is looking for a dynamic Junior Finance Manager to join our Irish controlling team. 

What you´ll do

  • Budget Preparation: Assist in the development and management of financial budgets for the Dublin site, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monthly Financial Reviews: Prepare comprehensive financial reviews and presentations for the Senior Management team; Track and report on the operational performance of the Dublin site using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to support decision-making
  • Product Costing Management: Oversee the monthly product costing process, including review, approval, and material price updates to ensure accurate cost accounting.; Handle new product costing requests in collaboration with R&D and Operations, ensuring that all financial aspects are thoroughly analyzed and reported
  • Forecasting: Prepare monthly financial forecasts to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Capital Investment Analysis: Prepare discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses for capital investment projects. Participate in the Project Investment Board (PIB) to review and approve capital expenditures.
  • Month-End Close Support: Collaborate closely with the regional financial shared services center to support the month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across Dublin Operations, as well as with corporate controlling and the regional SSC, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial information as requested by various departments and stakeholders.
