What you´ll do
HR Project Management & Execution
- Lead and manage regional HR projects, including digital transformation, HR system implementations, and process enhancements.
- Develop project plans, define timelines, and track progress.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to communicate project goals, milestones, and impact.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and employees on new processes and systems.
HR Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics to assess project impact and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to present project progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements in HR processes
Policy & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure HR projects comply with local labor laws and global company policies.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks in HR initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and HR Operations teams on integrated HR projects.
- Support regional HR leaders in rolling out global HR strategies locally.
What makes you a good fit
- Min Bachelor’s degree
- Min 5 years experience, with at least 2-3 years in HR business partnering roles.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Experience leading regional or multi-country HR projects.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Exposure to HR digitalization projects or HR process automation.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional alignment.
