What you´ll do
- Become part of our global real estate team and work in an international and intercultural environment
- Support our global real estate projects by providing financial analysis and developing business cases
- Support to enhance our real estate data management and ways of reporting
- Maintain and create Power BI dashboards reflecting relevant real estate data and financials
- Collaborate on the global real estate portfolio strategy, supporting our location controlling and lease management
- Support international lease projects and small office real estate projects
- Provide support to improve relevant guidelines for our real estate processes and governance
- Support strategic initiatives in real estate sustainability
What makes you a good fit
- Master student of real estate management/economics, business administration, architecture with focus on finance & controlling, project/asset management or other real estate relevant fields
- Affinity to international and interdisciplinary environment
- Fluent in English and German language preferred, other additional languages are desirable
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Power Point), Power BI is a plus
- Affinity to work with different software
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, team-oriented person with diligent work approach

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
