What you'll do
- You drive the regional segment steering together with the regional business head and respective functions (e.g. Innovation, business development, sales).
- You drive & manage regional key strategic initiatives contributing to global segment strategy in strong partnership across the organization.
- You create customer value in matching customers targets & strategies with insights about future trends (2-5 years) in the segment and related Henkel offerings.
- You collect and analyze competitor/customer insights to derive relevant intelligence and actions for the business segment.
- You ensure consistency in market insights and related interpretation (trends, market sizing, association work) to provide fact-based recommendations to the segment team.
- You initiate, steer and manage strategic projects and transformational initiatives by anticipating future market trends, potential regulations, and technological push.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
- You own your results, including customer messaging, promote range definition & pricing strategy of related products.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree required, STEM degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Marketing B2B, Strategy, General Management in a relevant industry
- Ideally first experience in the tapes & labels packaging industry
- Strategic thinking and planning for effective market strategy development as well as analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions
- Project management abilities to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and innovation for developing impactful market strategies.
- Excellent English language skills.
The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $165,300.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
