Sobre esta posición:
Responsable de supervisar, dar soporte y ser el canal de comunicación entre Henkel y el 3PL en los procesos de almacenamiento, inventarios mensuales, reporte vencimientos, destrucciones, ajustes de inventario , fill rate del almacén y donaciones de acuerdo con los procedimientos, acuerdos y alcances de servicio establecidos con el 3PL. Deberá asegurar que se cumpla los KPI con el operador y se tengan comunicaciones efectivas buscando mantener y mejorar el nivel de servicio. A su vez deberá buscar eficiencias y oportunidades en los costos del almacén.
Funciones:
- Seguimiento periódicamente a la ejecución y cumplimiento de labores que efectúa el 3PL relacionados con almacenamiento, maquila, vencimientos, inventarios, fill rate. Canal de comunicación entre Henkel y 3PL.
- Coordinación de inventarios fiscales, inspecciones aleatorias, seguimiento inventarios cíclicos y % ocupación diario almacenamiento
- Revisar el Infull y Fillrate periódicamente, entendiendo y buscando de la mano con el 3PL acciones que disminuyan los errores en el proceso de alistamiento y se cumpla con el indicador.
- Mantenimiento y Control equipos comodato – Capacitaciones sobre productos Seguimientos a las BPA y recomendaciones o novedades de las auditoria
- Revisión KPI operador de almacenamiento y seguimiento a acciones de mejora o correctivas. Consolidación de indicadores área.
- Control de los gastos registrados en SAP a las TO Logísticas. Generar de PO y MIGO del área de logístico
- Control ocupación almacén, generación reporte vencidos y próximos a vencer, control bloqueos inventarios, etc.
- Cumplir con las políticas, normas, reglamentos e instrucciones del Sistema de Gestión SHE.
