What you'll do

  • Working in Amsterdam office, in close contact with, and coached by, the global head of Purchasing responsible for the portfolio of third-party manufacturers, 3PM, of Henkel’s Adhesives’ division
  • Your role will be to set a systematic global tracking on all projects’ progresses, and manage the related reporting tool accordingly, by frequent contact with regional team
  • You will be fully embedded in the various potential tasks of a Purchaser of a multi-national company and give you a great view on a Purchasers job expectation
  • Your role will also consist in setting up a “contract builder” tool together with the digital team, that would allow a more efficient contracting process to suppliers

What makes you a good fit

  • Team player, analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness and ability to establish trustful relationships across multiple functions and to leadership
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel/Word/ Power Point, knowledge on Power BI
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
  • Curious, self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented team player with strategic mindset and organizational skills (incl. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously)
  • Available to start from April 1st 2024, for 6 month full-time.
