- Bachelor's degree required in business or science. Engineering preferred.
- Ability to maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to company and client safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
- Deliver and exceed established revenue targets in the downstream and refining and petrochemicals market.
- Drive sales team to high performance of sales execution.
- Support the overall strategic vision of the downstream/ refining and petrochemicals segment.
- Ability to forecast and report out regularly to team and upper leadership as well as presenting the sales funnel.
- Apply technical expertise in business development and sales dialogue with clients to elevate clients’ understanding of the value inherent in company’s capability and capacity.
- Identify and prioritize attractive new client opportunities and drive profitable market penetration with target accounts.
- Provide and keep current competitive analyses.
- Build industry visibility for company’s technical midstream capabilities through participation in and/or leadership of industry standards committees, conference white paper preparation and presentation, etc.
- Collaborate with functional groups when applicable to ensure coordinated execution in all aspects of clients’ experience from initial sales lead to project close-out.
- Ability to work effectively with channel partners and service companies applying composite products.

The salary for this role is $123,000.00 - $150,000.00 base, with potential for significant performance-based bonuses (up to 100% of base salary). This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
