What you'll do

The Product Information Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our e-Commerce and B2B business initiatives, ensuring that product information is accurately reflected across all digital platforms. This position involves collecting and maintaining product information and digital assets, coordinating approval processes, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in our PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems. The role will interface with the Global PIM Editing Team and SBUs (Steering Business Units) to drive content readiness for HAT (Henkel Adhesive Technologies) for B2B & B2C business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Collection & Coordination: Assist brand/project managers and business stakeholders in product content collection, approval / sign off and release into PIM.
  • Digital Asset Management: Support the collection and maintenance of product digital assets in the DAM tool.
  • Content Upload: Assist SBUs via Global PIM Ticketing Tool with uploading product content into the PIM system + ready respective content in upstream systems via DAM (Pack shot check, marketing materials). Upskill business to identify root causes on how to properly maintain data to be accurate and visible on eShops.
  • Master content and localization: Oversee smooth process of master content copywriting along content guidelines with external agencies and dispatching of localizations via Translation services inhouse.
  • Business support to release content on channels: Help business review product content in reference environment for eCommerce platform for sign off and release into production environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the PIM and DAM processes as well as localizations.
  • Process Management: Track timelines, remind stakeholders to deliver their input, validate inputs, and escalate issues to project owners as needed.

What makes you a good fit

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Experience: Experience in Product Information Management is an advantage + strong project management skills. Affinity and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel is an advantage. Experience in DevOps /Agile a plus.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail.
  • Personality Traits: Energetic and proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong sense of ownership.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
