Product development chemist for adhesives used in electronic components, etc. 

What you´ll do

  • 製品開発に関わる、基本処方検討から量産化まで全工程にわたる活動の推進。
  • 実験計画、サンプル作成、サンプル評価、データ解析、レポート作成、打ち合わせ参加。
  • 海外の営業・技術サービス・開発チームで構成されるプロジェクトチームと協同して、開発及び承認活動を実施。
    • 製品開発、評価、承認への活動を実施(接着剤の配合および評価、装置メーカーでの試作評価を提案・実施)。
    • 顧客対応(技術打ち合わせ対応、レポート作成、導入へのリード)
    • 量産化支援
    • 国内外工場における量産化プロセスをサポート。開発をリードし承認、ライン立ち上げを実現。
    • 海外組織と共同で顧客での製品立ち上げのサポート
  • Promotes activities related to product development throughout the entire process, from basic formulation considerations to mass production.
  • Experiment planning, sample creation, sample evaluation, data analysis, report creation, and meeting participation.
  • Works with project teams consisting of overseas sales, technical service, and development teams to carry out development and approval activities.
    • Implements activities for product development, evaluation, and approval (adhesive compounding and evaluation, and proposes and carries out prototype evaluation at equipment manufacturers).
    • Customer support (responding to technical meetings, creating reports, leading to implementation) l Mass production support.
    • Supports the mass production process at factories both in Japan and overseas. Leads development, approval, and realizes line launch.
    • Supports product launch at customers in collaboration with overseas organizations

What makes you a good fit

  • 化学メーカーにおける製品開発(組成配合)経験者- 5年以上
  • エポキシ、アクリル樹脂に対して精通していること
  • 英会話中級レベル以上が望ましい
  • エレクトロニクス用液状接着剤製品の開発経験者が望ましい
  • Experience in product development (composition formulation) at a chemical manufacturer
  • 5+ years Familiarity with epoxy and acrylic resins
  • Intermediate level or higher in English conversation is a plus
  • Experience in developing liquid adhesive products for electronics is a plus
