What you'll do
- Assist in the implementation and refinement of the Skills Framework Development and Leadership Development programs
- Support strategic OD projects on an ad-hoc basis, including the Henkel AO Trainee Program and AO Learning Academy
- Interact and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions at various management levels
- Create, analyze, and present weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the coordination of OD communication (e.g., activation calls, workshops, surveys, newsletter, podcasts)
- Organize and coordinate workshops and team events

- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate quantitative and qualitative data and derive insights
- Project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI and SharePoint design is a plus
- Available to start from April 1st 2024 for 6 month full-time.
