What you'll do

  • Assist in the implementation and refinement of the Skills Framework Development and Leadership Development programs
  • Support strategic OD projects on an ad-hoc basis, including the Henkel AO Trainee Program and AO Learning Academy
  • Interact and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions at various management levels
  • Create, analyze, and present weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support the coordination of OD communication (e.g., activation calls, workshops, surveys, newsletter, podcasts)
  • Organize and coordinate workshops and team events

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate quantitative and qualitative data and derive insights
  • Project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI and SharePoint design is a plus
  • Available to start from April 1st 2024 for 6 month full-time.
