What you´ll do
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various digital platforms and tools
- Analyze operational performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in an understandable format (e.g., charts, reports, presentations)
- Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
- Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
- Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
What makes you a good fit
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field
- Experience with SQL (Databricks SQL or PySpark SQL) & Python. Zong's Note: SQL capability is more important than Machine Learning/ Data Science experience at this point
- Experience with Data Engineering with Azure Databricks and PowerBI is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English language skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
