What makes you a good fit
- PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, Materials Science, or in any other related scientific areas, preferred.
- A background of color science and experience (greater than 5 years) in formulation-colored products and characterization is required.
- Candidate with M. S. or MTech. degree with track record of minimum 5 years of successful color matching/color product development activity in the relevant area will be preferred.
- Strong color matching skills and expertise with color matching software, and spectrophotometers is required. • Experience with adhesive formulations such as polyurethanes and epoxy highly preferred.
- QC experience with colored product is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong initiative and minimal supervision.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in cross-cultural and cross-functional global teams engaging with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and practices.
- A track record of innovative and creative problem-solving in a laboratory or industrial setting.
