About this Position

What you´ll do
- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers on the territory of Croatia
- Execute customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Execute pricing actions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Deliver KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in technical profession (preferably mechanical engineering)
- 3 - 5 years experience in sales
- Experience in managing customers and distribution networks
- Good negotiation and communication skills, responsibility, organization and independence in work
- Proficiency in working with a personal computer, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English
- Ability to work in the field on the territory of Croatia
- Driver's license (category B)
