YOUR ROLE
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and risk management across the LATAM region.
- Project Leadership: Drive financial and operational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional regulations.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze financial data to support high-impact decisions and improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, maintaining high ethical standards in all processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, banks, and auditors.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices in treasury operations, risk management, and financial reporting.

YOUR SKILLS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or project management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and risk assessment.
- Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in hedge management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Advanced English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- High ethical standards and integrity in financial decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LATAM financial regulations and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of digital finance tools and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
