Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development:
oDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Brazilian market, aligned with global directives and local priorities.
oSet up successful plan to capture market share and regain leadership on historical market
oIdentify and penetrate strategic new markets.
oDefend our premium positioning and our value proposition in a price-driven market.
- Product Portfolio Management:
oOptimize the portfolio by driving innovation, portfolio extension as well as portfolio rationalization.
oDefine launch, activation, and product management plans, creating value for each targeted segment.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
oOversee and coordinate the marketing, trade marketing, digital, and application engineering teams.
oCollaborate with global teams to ensure successful implementation of international directives and projects.
oCollaborate with different departments to drive execution with sales, operation, controlling, etc…
- Market Analysis and Insights:
oMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors.
oIdentify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer and Multi-channel Activation:
oStrengthen relationships and engage with main customer (distributors, wholesalers, key accounts, and eCommerce platforms).
oDrive tailormade plan and offer according to channel and type of customer in-line with our strategy
