What you´ll do

  • Translates the mid-term production plan into the short-term plan (planned orders to firm orders) for United States production plants. 
  • Develops and reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing
  • Operational Supply Planner is accountable for managing stock transfers until 1st decoupling point, whilst the Replenishment Planner manages from the 1st decoupling point to the entire network 
  • Monitors daily actuals against weekly production plan and tracking product availability, production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action for non-adherence •
  • Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority 
  • Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes 
  • Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints) 
  • Provides inputs and participates in the S&OE, communicating material availability issues and capacity constraints 
  • Collaborates with the Plant Production Schedulers to align on scheduling activities 
  • Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material supports the production schedule 
  • Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance 

What makes you a good fit

  • 1. Degree in BA, Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • 2. Operational experience in Supply Chain Planning and in other SC roles
  • 3. Experience with advanced Planning tools, desired
  • 4. Experience with ERP systems
  • 5. Advanced English
  • 6. Problem Solving
  • 7. Communication Skills
