What you´ll do
- Develop annual account 4P strategies(Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) and plans in line with business objectives, and achieve sales and profit targets
- Ensure to implement plans and promotional activities, and keenly monitor sell out progress and evaluate them
- Keep seeking to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company’s footprint in the market
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, and develop trust relationships with them
- Analyze competitors’ activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams (channels, trade marketing, marketing, and planning etc.)
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of five (5) experience in the headquarter and/or stores of key account in FMCG industry is required
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Korean is native and able to communicate in English is required
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the key account management position; Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent execution to maximize POS strategies based on customer policy, strategic partner with customer
