What you´ll do
- Become part of Henkel's Group Treasury and work in an international and inter-cultural environment
- Be part of the capital markets & pension asset management team and deep dive into the group funding strategy (including M&A funding), assist the bank relationship management, and support in rates calculations for costs of capital, leasing as well as rating agency reviews
- Get insights into our Treasury Risk Management, by assessing financial risks which Henkel is exposed to (such as FX risk, Counterparty risk, Commodity risk, Interest Rate Risk) and by assisting in the implementation of hedging strategies
- Make your mark by contributing to the development of an ESG-driven Treasury, aligning financial strategies with sustainability goals
- Support in daily Treasury activities and support in the preparation and in the analysis of Henkel Group financial results
- Support in Investment and Portfolio Analysis and prepare management-ready analyses for decision making
What makes you a good fit
- Student with Finance background who has successfully passed first semesters of studies in Business Administration/Economics
- Basic knowledge in Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Financial Instruments, Derivative Financial Instruments is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- PowerBI and Python are a plus
- Experience with Refinitiv or Bloomberg interface is helpful
- Fluent in English, German language is desirable; other additional languages are a plus
- Analytical thinker who demonstrates initiative, proactive and results-oriented approach to work
- Highly motivated, team-oriented person with diligent work approach
- Starting date as of February 2025, minimum duration 3 months, preferably 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
