What you'll do
- Develop and maintain documentation for End 2 End processes, ensuring all controls are up to date and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document processes related to sustainability and reporting standards.
- Establish and enforce robust process control measures, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the circularity compliance workflow.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of documentation and processes to ensure ongoing alignment with the circularity requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on CSRD E5 document management, best practices, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of ESG related reports, ensuring all data is captured, documented, and presented accurately.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement in document control and process efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in sustainability regulations and best practices related to CSRD reporting.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- Proven 10+ years´ of experience in process control, document management, or regulatory compliance, particularly in sustainability and reporting.
- Strong understanding of the CSRD framework and related European sustainability regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in document management systems and process control tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and departments.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Minimum salary: 1600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
