What you'll do
- Collect, collate, and aggregate KPIs and Data according to agreed reporting schedules and for ad-hoc requests
- Conduct detailed circularity accounting, measuring the reuse, recycling, and recovery rates of packaging materials.
- Conduct plausibility checks of external and internal data
- Provide feedback on data accuracy, completeness, and quality during calculations and circle back to data owners
- Provide reports and data input for external requests and questionnaires
- Support sustainability reporting by providing accurate data and insights on packaging and circularity performance.
- Provide feedback in regard to Henkel ESG Master Data to data owners to ensure accuracy and accessibility for ESG calculation purposes
- Test newly provided automation and visualization tools to ensure tools are fully functional, do fulfill defined requirements, and data is accurate
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes in packaging and circular economy practices.
- Support on ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management
What makes you a good fit
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Packaging Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in packaging design, lifecycle assessment, and/or sustainability reporting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of circular economy principles, packaging materials, and regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in lifecycle assessment tools and data management platforms is an asset.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex systems, identify improvement opportunities, and measure environmental impact.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly

Minimum salary: 1700 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
