About this position
What you´ll do
- Creation and updating of maintenance plans.
- Planning maintenance interventions on an annual/monthly/weekly level.
- Monitoring the efficiency of production lines and downtime in cooperation with the Reliability Engineer.
- Optimization of production lines in order to increase performance and improve quality in cooperation with the Reliability Engineer.
- Revision of the list of critical spare parts in cooperation with the Reliability Engineer.
- Preparation of reports on the realization of weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance plans.
- Training of workers in maintenance and production.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical/technological engineering
- Systematical Vocational training of min. 2 years
- Maintenance Technician background and skills preferred
- High level of computer expertise and competence; experience using the SAP PM module;
- analytical skills in problem solving including Root Cause Analysis;
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- strong understanding of mechanical processes, equipment and electrical systems;
- familiar with different Maintenance Strategies (PdM, PM, TBM, etc) and working with local/corporate engineering resources for new equipment installation or upgrade projects.
- basic understanding of Costing guidelines and Finance & Accounting principles.
