About this Position
As the Regional HRBP for Henkel Consumer Brands, you will be a key partner to our regional leaders, helping them build high-performing teams that are fully aligned with business goals. You’ll be at the heart of the action, guiding talent management, driving organizational culture, and leading projects that make a real impact on the success of our consumer brands.
We’re looking for someone with strategic vision, the ability to adapt to change, and exceptional skills to connect talent with strategy. If you have experience in the consumer sector and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
- Develops and implements HR strategies and policies tailored to the local context
- Provides HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Delivers and excutes HR processes, advices and supports on policies accurately
- Steers salary review process for relevant Management levels within the country
- Supports recruitment activities for talents locally and reviews talent pipeline within the country / sub-region
- Coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator locally
- Manages the promotion process and supports employee development plans
- Leads change management projects and communications for organizational transitions
- Implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Identifies local training needs and coordinates development programs for employees
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and conflicts within the local context
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with knowledge in employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts, enhance employee engagement, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
