- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with knowledge in employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts, enhance employee engagement, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
