About this Position
Located at our Reghaia Plant, the process Engineer will act as a role model for Safety and Quality.
What you´ll do
- Increase the availability of the machines through targeted problem-solving and continuous improvements.
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
- Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities
- Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants
- Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes
- Regular monitoring of the area regarding centerline, defects and standards & development of improvement plans
What makes you a good fit
- Adequate Engineering Degree with a minimum experience of 3 years in a multinational environment preferably within an FMCG
- Change Driver and Team Player
- Results Oriented
- Strong sense of sharing as the Process Engineer will deliver trainings in the plant
- Strong communication in both French and English: verbal and written
