What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), or related.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience leading Continuous Improvement projects or programs.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch, and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Production and Lean Tools. The Six Sigma Green Belt is considered a clear advantage for the position.
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to lead and influence others.
