What you'll do

  • Join Henkel's Consumer Brands Commercial Excellence team as a Shopper Marketing Graduate.
  • Work with iconic brands such as Schwarzkopf, Got2b, LIVE, Dylon Detergent, Bloo and Colour Catcher.
  • Identify, understand and articulate key category and shopper trends, missions, drivers of growth both nationally and by customer/channel.
  • Identify and utilise available shopper marketing techniques to deliver business goals across all sales channels.
  • Strong cross-functional interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, e.g. sales and marketing teams, agencies and customers.
  • Collate and maintain activity plans across channels, to aid planning and provide clarity of shopper marketing activity for all stakeholders.
  • Efficient project management to ensure that all tasks and activities are delivered on time and in line with budget.
  • Support the review of shopper marketing activities to track performance against agreed goals/KPIs

What makes you a good fit

  • You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage
  • Passion for innovation and brands
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Willingness to work in a diverse team and by set objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Learning agility, proactiveness and high energy level
  • Good command of MS Office
