About this position

What you'll do

  • Plan, execute and report consumer studies / sessions in close cooperation with R&D and Marketing
  • Develop suitable test set-ups for study goals, recruit volunteers to participate, classify hair type data, instruct volunteers on test background (legally mandatory), organize observations together with study sponsors
  • Prepare and analyze collected data, results and observations from the consumer studies, including the creation of result presentations with the help of existing evaluation programs, always in compliance with data protection legislation
  • New hair stylist insights generation on product performance, incl. organization of stylist academy trainings and development of proposals for the advancement of prototypes and products in the respective development and marketing groups
  • Inform the test panelists in accordance with the applicable guidelines for conducting consumer studies and legally required safety instructions
  • Establish new digital documentation and evaluation tools as well as development of new methods and technologies
  • Regular exchange with the other Henkel test-salon teams and stylist-focused functions
  • Allocate hairdressers, vocational trainees and students for the various consumer study projects

What makes you a good fit

  • Experienced stylist (Meister) with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience or Scientific bachelor’s degree with high affinity to hair & beauty
  • Extensive experience in people-management and mentoring
  • High digital affinity
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written), and good German language skills
