What you´ll do
- Develop and implement the supply chain enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and innovation
- Oversee the development and deployment of KPIs across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with regional and global standards
- Monitor performance trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives or system enhancements that align with business needs and promote operational excellence, including cross-regional impulses and outside-in view for benchmarking purposes
- Lead efforts to identify, develop, and implement process improvements across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion the integration of advanced analytics to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Lead Supply Chain Customer Collaboration team to fulfill customer satisfaction goals through customer collaboration initiatives boosting proximity and trust
- Lead Material Master Data team to ensure successful delivery of data quality and time-to-market performance
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on performance analysis, process improvement, and team leadership
- Proficient in supply chain management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Next Generation of Planning tools), and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Mindset Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking Proactive & Results-Oriented
- Fluent English skills, additional languages are a plus
