About this Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Consumer Brands as a National Account Executive to support in the development, management, and implementation of the growth strategies in the eCommerce and Wholesale channels.

What you´ll do 

·Lead the development and execution of the customer plans for eCommerce grocery pure player, 3rd party marketplace suppliers, and a key wholesale customers.

·Responsible for the customer P&L and delivering the annual commercial objectives and KPI’s

·Maintain strong forecast accuracy for both demand planning and commercial updates

·Manage the internal and external availability and in stock metrics and perfect inbound.

·Responsible for the weekly performance metric reporting with full ownership for the insights and required actions for set customers

·Support the development and implementation of a winning e-Assortment strategy for allocated customers

·Lead the PDP, content, merchandising and range assortment to achieve digital shelf excellence in allocated customers

·Own the eCommerce media strategy development, activation and budget management with all relevant stakeholders and agencies

·Strong cross functional alignment with the internal Digital, Commercial Excellence, Shopper, Brand and Controlling teams

·Build excellent working relationships with key customer and external agency contacts

·Investigate new channel and new customer development opportunities to expand branded presence in eComm pure players and marketplaces.

What makes you a good fit

•     Experience of working with eCommerce marketplaces and or wholesale customers

•     Understanding of the online customer journey for retailers and pure players

•     Prior experience working with eCommerce supporting agencies

•     Must bring an entrepreneurial spirit with motivation and drive to be a self-starter

•     Good communication and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to work across functions within the business to gain support for the pureplay accounts

•     Strong prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
