What you'll do
The Product Information Coordinator for Henkel Adhesive Technologies will be an important part of a team working on product data displayed on our customer facing channels and B2B eshop serving both Industrials as well as Consumers and Professionals business. This person will act as a gatekeeper ensuring product data accuracy. This position involves product creation in PIM, content updates/cleanup, channel (de)activation, collaboration with different business functions, very good knowledge of PIM and its consuming and sourcing systems as well as problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP to PIM product harmonization:support Steering Business Units s to drive SAP cleansing and SAP ready data for PIM
- Product set up and product content update: Check of provided information and mass import files creation and/or manual update in Product Cockpit
- Product data cleanup: Identify wrong data, request changes, send reminders and track completion via SBUs (Steering Business Units)
- Channel activation: support our business partners with product channel (de)activation
- International Collaboration: Work closely with PIM Leads and product managers from many different countries alongside functions in HAT (Henkel Adhesive Technologies)
- Global impact: One tool serves all countries, languages and websites
- Upskilling stakeholders: Support people providing content by increasing their knowledge about PIM, channels as well as upstream and downstream systems
- Problem solving: Understand how different systems interact with PIM, understand fallback logics and automations in order to be able to solve different issues
What makes you a good fit
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must
- Experience: Product data know how required, experience in website / eshop and its product content tool is an advantage
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must. Experience in DevOps /Agile a plus
- Personal skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem solving, data driven and proactive attitude
- Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Collaboration with both functional as well as business stakeholders
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
