Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and challenging environment? We are seeking an experienced Intercompany Specialist (Supply Chain) to join our team. This critical role involves managing the intercompany order processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth flow of operations across various stakeholders, including Henkel Affiliates, Warehouse and Transport Providers, and Authorities. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our intercompany processes.
Role description:
- Manage the end-to-end order entry process, ensuring timely and accurate order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Identify and manually resolve inconsistencies in SOP, EDI orders, and Delivery Notes.
- Coordinate the resolution of exceptions, claims, and returns with relevant parties.
- Generate detailed reports to monitor the status of orders and fulfillment progress.
- Conduct investigations into pricing discrepancies and variances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational quality and reducing processing times, including testing new systems and tools.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain, Logistics area is an advantage
- Min. 3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Customer service area or in business centre
- Proficient customer service, export and order processing knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English language
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Experience with SAP & MS office
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment, with a professional attitude and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
