What you'll do
- Create process-flow of current and new documentation; formalize global processes in HIMDOC
- Supplier data analysis for global, regional, business-related priorities
- Improve Supplier Segmentation Model (global template)
- Review, refine, and organize supplier onboarding documentation – refine and formalize process flow
- Support and drive Supplier Portal project from SQD perspective
What makes you a good fit
- Min. 1 year of active full-time student status remaining (Preferrably BSc or MSc in Quality Engineering)
- Ability to work min. 25 hours/week with flexibility
- Expert knowledge of Word and Excel; must have knowledge of SAP and data analysis in Excel
- Experience of Quality or Engineering in previous roles and/or studies
- Preferred skills:
- Sharepoint experience
- Power BI data analysis experience
- Knowledge and use of statistics
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and International Standards (ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 Standards)
- Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Exhibit creative, solid and positive problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, able to work as part of a global team; must maintain high level of energy and professionalism in the role
