About this position

What you´ll do

  • Coordinate and drive on a global level the technology management for printed electronics
  • Evaluate our existing material portfolio for printed electronics, develop and execute strategies to close technology gaps, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation
  • Foster and support external collaborations with partners and customers, driving successful commercial outcomes through teamwork and shared goals (partnering, licensing or even acquisition)
  • Translate the needs of strategic programs into technical requirements, working closely with our global team to identify and execute potential solutions.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap, engaging with relevant stakeholders to align on vision and execution
  • Grow into a recognized thought leader in printed electronics, contributing to industry advancements and knowledge sharing
  • Plan, deliver, and implement strategic and change projects, leveraging both internal and external analyses to drive success

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a chemical or technical field combined with a strong understanding of business principles, ideally with familiarity with and/or experience in printed electronics technology
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset
  • Proven ability to lead projects on a global scale while building strong internal and external networks
  • Fluent English skills
