About this Position

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst to support our fast-growing businesses in the Nordics with brands such as Schwarzkopf, Got2be, Barnängen, Osis, Pritt and Loctite. In this role you will actively support the organization in driving business development towards the achievement of targets. In addition, you work closely with the controlling organization for Cluster North (Nordics & UK/Ireland) and report to the Head of Controlling located in our office in Sundbyberg. You will also be part of the dynamic global organization with exciting opportunities for career development around the region/world.

 

What you´ll do

  • Ensure fast, timely and reliable reporting in line with monthly closing and reporting deadlines.
  • Proactively provide fast, accurate and reliable financial analysis of business results and costs development
  • Support sales organization and business controllers with analyses to monitor business development vs. plan.
  • Support the detailed follow up of relevant business targets, offering early warning, advice about risks and opportunities and show potential impacts and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to Henkels Corporate Standards and relevant laws and regulations.

What makes you a good fit

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Previous demonstrable experience in a Controlling, Audit or similar role (2-3 years).
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, BI tools), SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, Finnish is a merit.
  • To be successful in this role you need to be engaged and committed to high quality work, possess strong analytical and communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic international organisation.
