About this Position

Henkel is looking for a Strategic Projects & Analytics Intern in Mumbai, India. This is an incredible year-long opportunity where you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and contribute directly to Henkel’s success in the IMEA region.

What you´ll do

  • Support strategic projects through advanced data analysis, including market opportunity assessments, portfolio reviews, pricing strategy evaluations, and P&L modeling.
  • Evaluate product/customer portfolios within an industrial context to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping in B2B environments, supporting customer feedback analysis and development of actionable insights and plans.
  • Coordinating a program that matches employees with short-term projects, handling tasks such as maintaining the project and candidate database, matching candidates to relevant projects, building a strong community, and governing the program through participant communication and overall coordination.
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping and customer feedback monitoring, supporting customer experience initiatives by preparing stakeholder engagement materials and ensuring effective tracking of customer insights and associated action plans.
  • Lead efforts to build a customer excellence community, managing event planning, driving engagement through internal communication platforms, fostering active involvement and collaboration.

What makes you a good fit

  • MBA candidates (preferred but not mandatory), particularly those specializing in Strategy, Business Development or Marketing in an industrial context.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of processing complex data sets and drawing meaningful insights for decision-making.  
  • Ability to conceptualize and synthesize findings, turning data into clear, concise presentations that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with tools for strategic data modelling and analysis, such as PowerBI or other analytical platforms, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
  • Technical expertise or familiarity with industrial markets or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
