What you´ll do

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as the go-to HR partner for management, addressing workplace challenges with effective solutions
  • Drive Daily Operations: Manage HR operations and case management for seamless day-to-day processes
  • Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Implement HR policies aligned with Henkel’s corporate standards and Hungarian labor regulations
  • Use HR Analytics: Turn data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions
  • Empower Performance & Growth: Collaborate on talent reviews, leadership development, salary adjustments, and retention strategies
  • Innovate through Partnership: Work with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HR teams on impactful projects and initiatives
  • Engage Beyond HR: Join diverse employee resource groups (ERG), bring fresh ideas into your projects, and contribute to cross-functional, cross-country, or cross-region initiatives

What makes you a good fit

  • A minimum of 2 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a multinational environment
  • Fluent in English & Hungarian, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, international, and dynamic environments
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage complex situations independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Open-minded and confident in order to be able to challenge status quo
  • Experience outside HR in a business function is an advantage
