What you´ll do
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as the go-to HR partner for management, addressing workplace challenges with effective solutions
- Drive Daily Operations: Manage HR operations and case management for seamless day-to-day processes
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Implement HR policies aligned with Henkel’s corporate standards and Hungarian labor regulations
- Use HR Analytics: Turn data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions
- Empower Performance & Growth: Collaborate on talent reviews, leadership development, salary adjustments, and retention strategies
- Innovate through Partnership: Work with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HR teams on impactful projects and initiatives
- Engage Beyond HR: Join diverse employee resource groups (ERG), bring fresh ideas into your projects, and contribute to cross-functional, cross-country, or cross-region initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- A minimum of 2 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a multinational environment
- Fluent in English & Hungarian, both written and verbal
- Comfortable in fast-paced, international, and dynamic environments
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage complex situations independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Open-minded and confident in order to be able to challenge status quo
- Experience outside HR in a business function is an advantage
