What you'll do
As a Project Coordinator in our design studio, you will be the operational hub that ensures our creative projects run efficiently, on-time, and within scope. Working closely with Brand Managers and designers, within the team and across the Inhouse Agency, you will streamline communication, manage timelines, and maintain best practices for workflows. You’ll help ensure that each deliverable meets quality standards and client expectations, all while keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal team communication, ensuring all members understand project goals, tasks, and deadlines.
- Develop and manage project timelines, scheduling resources, and tracking progress using project management tool.
- Maintain clear documentation, manage version control of deliverables, and support the handoff of final assets.
- Monitor budgets, hours, and resources, and flag potential issues or delays to the project manager.
- Assist in quality checks and preliminary reviews to ensure that deliverables meet brand standards and client requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates, prepare reports, and document lessons learned for ongoing process improvements.
What makes you a good fit
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within a creative or design environment.
- English language on advanced level.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and familiarity with creative production processes.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

Minimum salary: 1700 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
