About this position


What you´ll do

  • Perform as the key expert in talent development methodologies, programs, processes, content, and best practices in alignment with regional and business priorities.
  • Perform as a strategic talent management project leader and contributor in several of the following areas: high potential talent development, pipeline development, succession planning, talent mobility and etc.
  • Co-work with HRBPs and CoE team on creation and implementation of the Talent Development Programs aligned with regional and business strategies / priorities.
  • Deploy and embed global strategies/priorities to ensure the HRBP/HR Country team could provide talent solutions across the region in a consistent approach.
  • Enable & rollout the global Talent Development strategy/priorities successfully in the region.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with the CoEs , HR leaders, business leaders and global Talent team to understand key business objectives, priorities and direction.
  • Enable the effectiveness and make the necessary optimization on regional adoption by conducting identifying key observations, feedback and make recommendation to global talent team / regional HR team, and driving those recommendations to realization.
  • Key player in other talent related projects/topics as assigned.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years working experience in HR.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent development / management programs, and experience in building and deploying talent solutions in the multi-matrix organization.
  • Can design and orchestrate a program/project plan from a blank page with minimal guidance, and then drive that plan forward in times of ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Have networks and knowledge of talent management / development benchmarking, theory, methodology and best practices and trends, etc; consultant background is a plus.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
