- Job purpose To elevate the skills, knowledge, and engagement of Joico’s pro and consumer audience by developing and executing innovative digital education programs, creating impactful content, and managing digital platforms. This role ensures that all online assets, campaigns, and educational initiatives reflect Joico’s brand values and industry leadership, fostering accessible and engaging learning experiences while driving stylist empowerment and brand growth.
- Main tasks & responsibilities Program Development & Delivery
- Lead curriculum design, remote learning programs, and digital education initiatives tailored to professional stylists' needs. Education and Technical Execution.
- Oversee the development and execution of all digital marketing resources for online assets and campaigns, including website, social media, and trade media, ensuring alignment with education and brand objectives. Content Creation & Strategy.
- Develop and implement content strategies to feature Joico Collective Team partners across social media, blogs, e-blasts, and the Joico website, creating cohesive and engaging educational content for brand and agency partners. Platform Management & Updates.
- Manage digital platforms, maintain content libraries, and ensure educational materials are current and aligned with product launches and market trends. Content Creation Support.
- Support the creation of professional e-blasts, editorial content, and social media content for Joico platforms, emphasizing education and artist engagement. Reporting, Feedback & Program Evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, refine learning programs, and ensure alignment with stylist and market needs.
What makes you a good fit
- Cosmetology License: Required.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Education, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Content Development, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the beauty industry and competitive landscape.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, social media platforms, project management tools (e.g., Freedcamp, Asana), and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Adaptability and Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 25%, including weekends, as required.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
