About this Position

What you´ll do
- Review and validate travel expenses according to corporate standards.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to employees, following Henkel's procedures and guidelines.
- Validate expense accounting in SAP, ensuring accurate control of information and managing the corporate credit card account, as well as preparing payment proposals.
- Follow travel expense policies to ensure the process aligns with local entities, corporate standards, and local tax regulations.
- Notify delays in expense verification, both for corporate card usage and advances. If needed, coordinate with Human
- Generate reports based on specific requirements and requests.
- Maintain information in the expense tool, such as rules and corporate card details.
- Apply the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015, identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
