About this Position
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the facilities operations within Mexico and CENAM, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local business needs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize resources, and improve service delivery. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will play a key part in shaping the corporate real estate strategy and ensuring a positive impact on both business performance and employee satisfaction.
What you´ll do
- Promote the execution of global strategies within the country in conjunction with local managers, facilities representatives and team members (i.e. One!View)
- Main responsible of Mexico´s and CENAM´s locations operations regarding facilities services with direct interaction with facilities suppliers, taking into consideration innovation projects, services enhancements and employee satisfaction
- Ensure cost transparency across the Buildings Cost Centers by performing facilities services oversight mapping
- Reduce service complexity by defining key process indicators based on local business requirements
- Develop the Corporate Real Estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spent of resources, including participation in real estate projects
