About this Position
Join the dynamic and innovative Syoss International Brand Management team, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of one of the leading brands in the haircare and styling industry. As part of our team, you will gain valuable insights into the international beauty market while contributing to a wide range of exciting projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to experience all aspects of international brand management, from market and competitor analysis to trend scouting, project execution, and communication with diverse teams across the globe. What you´ll do
- Support for all Syoss projects: Assistance with projects, market analyses, competitor reviews, implementation, tool usage, analysis, and general project support
- Weekly trend scouting: Identification of trends in textures, fragrances, packaging, etc., with monthly presentations to the team to drive the innovation pipeline
- Competitor analysis and trend presentation: Ongoing competitor monitoring and final presentation of relevant trends
- Daily support: Management of administrative tasks, budget oversight, and effective communication with involved countries and departments
- Monthly brand review: Preparation and presentation of the monthly Syoss brand review
What makes you a good fit
- Student (d/f/m) with focus on marketing, brand management, communication or business studies
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills are a must, German and other languages are advantageous
- Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Team-player with high level of independence
- Self-motivated, creative and open-minded out-of-the-box thinker
- Trend awareness in beauty care market and affinity for especially hair products
- Availability as of March 2025 for ideally 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
